Software Consultants

The candidate will be responsible for delivering entire SAP Business One/Add-On solution to a variety of industries. You will be involved in the full project life cycle - presales, scoping, design, implementation, user training and support.

  • To lead the entire project from business requirement gathering to the provision of solution
  • Conduct on-going education to clients
  • Study and prepare system specification and coordinate with the development
  • Conduct pre and post-sales demonstration of system to clients
  • Able to interact and manage clients at different level in the course of the implementation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle of SAP Business One implementation
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree majoring in Finance, Business or Technical etc.
  • SAP Business One Certification is an essential. Non-certified candidates with good track record may be considered
  • Understand business operational workflow for various industries
  • Experience in Finance and Trade modules is a must. Preference given to those with good working experience in Manufacturing / Retail / Construction, add-ons etc.
  • Keen interest in doing quality Project Implementation and able to multi-task/time management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill in English and 1 other Major Asian Language

Sales Consultants & Business Development Executives / Managers

You will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into new sales revenue in accordance with agreed sales revenue plans.

  • Support the Sales Director and Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow the business in Singapore and across Asia.
  • Conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new businesses and strategic alliance.
  • Develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Company through value creation selling activities in the assigned areas.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organizations and attending appropriate networking functions.

Requirements:

Telemarketer / Telesales

This is an exciting and varied front line role involving telemarketing, some relationship marketing as well as the opportunity to develop customer account management skills. Being part of a sales and marketing team, you will also provide some administrative support to our Business Development Managers and Sales Director.

  • Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services
  • Identify the business to a sales lead
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of suspects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations
  • Nurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the suspects/prospects, and maintaining them over time
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to review sales lead status
  • Maintain records of contact information and marketing database
  • Answer telephone calls from suspects who have been solicited through sales activities
Requirements:
  • Have at least 1-3 years in telemarketing experience preferably having knowledge on ERP/CRM/BI or software related solutions, but candidate without any of this knowledge will also be considered
